SYLVIA J. ROLINSKI, Esq.
MARYLAND

Ms. Rolinski has extensive experience in U.S. and international corporate matters with particular expertise in the emerging markets of Eastern Europe, CIS, and South Africa. She focuses on international trade and business transactional matters in the U.S. and abroad, immigration, and litigates civil matters. She is regularly court appointed as conservator and guardian of minors and adults with assets.

In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Rolinski became the first American and the first woman to serve as Chef de Cabinet to the President of the General Assembly of the United Nations in 1992, having previously served as Special Counsel to the Foreign Minister of Bulgaria.

Ms. Rolinski received her Juris Doctor in 1986 from Cardozo School of Law in New York as well as an M.A. in International Affairs and Economic Policy from the American University in Washington, D.C. She holds two Bachelors degrees in Psychology and Social Work from Syracuse University. Ms. Rolinski was a Juridical Law Clerk for the Honorable Nan R. Shuker, Judge to the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. During 1990, she served as an adjunct professor on the faculty of Northern Virginia Law School. She is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia, D.C. and Fourth Circuits.

Fluent in Bulgarian and French, she is a member of Phi Sigma Iota, the foreign language honor society. She is also a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland Bar Associations and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

In October 1993, Ms. Rolinski was named Non Nonsense American Woman of the Month. She is listed in the 12th Edition of the World Who's Who of Women and has been nominated for the International Book of Honor, 4th World Edition, 1995. She has been invited for decoration with the Order of Liberty and Unity as well.

LOUIS J. SUAREZ JR., Esq.
FLORIDA

Mr. Suarez graduated from Western New England College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975. He went on to attend John Marshall Law School where he served on Law Review for two years and authored an article entitled "The Merger of Law and Equity and its Effect on the trial by Jury." Mr Suarez received his Juris Doctor in 1978 and then completed his post Juris Doctor work at Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York.

Mr. Suarez has worked in the general practice of law, including Real Estate, Wills and Trusts, Estate Planning and Immigration Law.

Mr. Suarez has also worked as an Estate Planner and Financial Adviser for most of his professional career advising individuals and small business owners on estate and financial planning matters.

Mr. Suarez is admitted to practice law in Montana, The Federal Bars, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Montana Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Suarez is licensed by The Florida Department of Insurance as well as The National Association of Securities Dealers.

 

DANIELLE M. ESPINET, Esq.
MARYLAND

Ms. Espinet graduated from The University of Scranton, PA. with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1995. She then continued her education at the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington D.C. where she received a Juris Doctor in May 1998. She then completed her Juris Doctor studies at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., from which she received an LL. M. in Taxation in February of 2000. Additionally, Ms. Espinet has earned a Certificate in Employee Benefits Law from Georgetown University Law Center in February of 2000.

While attending Columbus School of Law, Ms. Espinet had the distinct honor of being a moot court associate and trial competition competitor. She was also a member of the sports law society, student bar association, and women's law caucus.

Upon graduation from Columbus School of Law, Ms. Espinet worked as an associate with the law office of Sylvia J. Rolinski. Following her graduation from Georgetown Law, Ms. Espinet began her professional career working for KPMG, L.L.P., in their Washington National Tax Practice as a Supervising Senior Tax Specialist where she developed and implemented employee benefit programs for her clients.

Ms. Espinet is admitted to practice law in State & Federal Courts of New York & District of Columbia, and is a member of the New York & DC State Bar Association and is an associate with the firm.
